Things to know before your Eyelash Extension Appointment
Be sure to come in with a clean face. Wearing NO makeup or moisturizer. We can provide a facial cleanser for you to wash and thoroughly cleanse prior to the application process, however this may take away from your application time.
You will not be able to get the lashes wet for the first 24 hours post application. It is recommended that you wash your hair and shower prior to your appointment.
Do not allow use of a steam bath, swim, or wash your face directly with hot water during your initial 24 hours of the application.
Eyelash extensions will curl your natural lashes. It is not recommended to use an eyelash curler. As a result, it may break both the lash extensions and your natural lashes.
Do not rub your eyes or lashes when washing your face. Gently clean around the eyes with a wash cloth or fingers.
Do not pull on your lash extensions. This bad habit may take out your own natural lash as well as your eyelash extension
Avoid pulling on the eyelash extensions, even the occasional loose ones. Contact us to make an appointment to have them replaced.
As your natural lashes fall out due to the growth cycle, you will need refills approximately every 3 weeks for best results as your new lashes grow in. As your natural lashes become accustomed to the extensions, and with a little practice maintaining the lashes, the time between refills can be extended.
AVOID RUBBING, PULLING, AND/OR TOUCHING YOUR LASH EXTENSIONS!!.
Will the Extension harm my natural lashes?
When applied properly, lash extensions will not harm natural lashes. The application technique allows natural lashes to grow and thrive with extensions. This technique requires several different “separation” steps during the application process so each extension is adhered to a single natural lash in order to prevent interruption of the lash growth cycle
Due to the overwhelming amount of last minute cancelations Lash Divaz Studio can no longer accept any appointments with out a credit or debit card on file. We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time your a 50% charge will be placed on your card and a new deposit will be required to book any future appointment.
